These terms apply to your use of dayofthedeadforpets.com and its memorial tool, operated by Kemi (kemiweb), an independent developer (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

1. The memorial tool

The tool creates AI-generated memorial images and videos from a photo you choose, plus a free animated card made in your browser. AI results are tributes for remembrance: they are not real footage, they may differ from your pet in markings, expression or movement, and they make no spiritual claim. Free previews are watermarked.

2. Your photos and content

  • Only upload photos you took or have permission to use.
  • Upload photos of animals only — no people — and nothing unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may refuse or delete content that breaks these rules.
  • You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create your memorial, as described in our privacy policy.
  • Free previews are limited per person per day. Automated or bulk use is not allowed.

3. Using what you create

You may use, share and print your memorial videos and cards for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting them on social media. The scenes, artwork and site design remain ours.

4. Purchases

Video packs are one-time purchases at the price shown before checkout, with no subscription. Each video credit includes one free re-creation; credits do not expire. A credit is returned automatically if a video fails to generate. Payments are processed by Waffo (merchant of record) or PayPal. You must be 18 or older to buy. Refunds follow our refund policy. Generated files are deleted after 7 days, so please download them.

5. AI models

Previews are generated with Nano Banana 2 (Google Gemini 3.1 Flash Image) and videos with Kling 3.0 image-to-video, both through our AI provider Kie.ai. We may change models to improve quality and will update this page and our pricing page when we do. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.

6. Acceptable use, breach and suspension

You must follow our acceptable use policy. If you break these terms or that policy, we may refuse or stop generations, delete the content, block the pass, device or network involved, and keep unused credits from a pack bought to break the rules. Serious violations, especially anything involving children, will be reported to the authorities.

7. Information on this site

Our guides describe cultural customs and general pet safety tips in good faith. They are not veterinary advice. If your pet may have eaten something harmful, contact a veterinarian right away.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and tool are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@dayofthedeadforpets.com.
