Refund policy

We want your pet’s memorial to be right. The free preview shows you how your pet looks in the scene before you pay, and every video includes one free re-creation — but if something still goes wrong, we will make it right.
What we refund
- Failed generations: if a video fails, the credit returns to your pack automatically — you are never charged for a video you did not get.
- Technical problems: if your video will not download or play and we cannot fix it, we refund in full.
- Accidental duplicate purchases: refunded in full.
- Not satisfied: if you have used your free re-creation and the video still does not feel like your pet, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund that video. Unused credits in a pack can be refunded within 14 days.
How to request a refund
Email support@dayofthedeadforpets.com with the email address used at checkout and the date of purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

1 AI video: $9.99. 3 AI videos: $19.99. 6 AI videos: $29.99. Prices are in USD and shown before checkout; your card statement may show Waffo or PayPal. Free previews cost nothing and need no refund.
